ABOUT US

Orient MetaCorp Pvt. Ltd. was established in 2003 as Orient Auto Pressing in Pune, Maharashtra. Since 2018, under second-generation leadership, the company has progressively expanded from labour-charge forging into a fully vertically integrated component manufacturer — covering raw material procurement, hot and warm forging, heat treatment, shot blasting, and precision CNC machining.

Our forged and machined components serve transmission, hydraulic, fuel injection, agricultural, and industrial applications. Through our tier-1 partner network, our parts reach global OEMs and component manufacturers across India, North America, and Europe.

A new 55,000 sq. ft. dedicated unit in Chakan, currently in commissioning, will expand monthly forging capacity to 1,000 metric tons and house mechanical presses, hardening and tempering lines, and additional CNC machining capacity — positioning Orient MetaCorp for IATF 16949 certification and direct supply to global tier-1 customers.

With a capacity of 7,500 metric tons, we currently produce 6,600 metric tons of forgings each year. With state-of-the-art equipment, we produce high-precision parts for the automotive, agricultural, and engineering industries, including gear blanks, hubs, shafts, and hexagonal nut bolts.
In order to serve our customers' increasing needs, we have built a new 55,000 square foot facility in Chakan that will increase our production capacity to 1,000 metric tons per month.
